    I feel like Animal Pak "wakes me up" and keeps me up throughout the day- I can tell when I don't take it and I really don't want to give it up for something less effective.

    Hey- you take Solgar now, and if my memory serves correct- you also took Optimens. You noticed any difference with these than taking the Animal Pak. Moving soon- looking to cut down on the spending.
