    Yes. Push for more rep's or more weight each week. Then you can monitor if improvements in the assistance lifts are linked to improvements on your main lifts. If assistance go up and main doesn't, change assistance.

    great progress in your cutting dude, look like you have reduced your bodyfat loads but still kept the muscle, trying hard myself to keep the bodyfat down while i bulk up. keep up the good work and look forward to seeing your progress pics when your finished cutting

    Hi Mike - Yes, I have seen size gains. I'm a firm believer in size follows strength. Also, 531 is very customizable for Hypertrophy - in fact I'm doing that right now. I'm doing the big but boring template. Most of my other assistance lifts are also in the 10 rep range.
