I had too much animal protein in my system it was causing asthma attacks and I was breaking out in hives a lot. Also it made me jummpy to the point my adrinaline levels where to high.

if u haven't changed diet and continue to lose significant weight GO to a doctor. Could be serious...i know these muscle forum guys talk about eating & lifting -that's what they know- but true worry should be directed to a physician..
Any others symptoms? ie dry mouth/skin, hair loss, heart palpitations, night sweats, dizziness, headaches, sleep disturbances, irritability, anxiety, depression etc...
Don't answer me all these Q's, they are just for u to determine if u should see a doc.
He could also refer u to a dietitian.
But u don't look too thin - just right!
And don't get too frustrated about lack of muscularity- genetics plays a huge role... So focus on strength gains- u look nice!

PS- I'll take your metabolism please! I literally don't have one anymore. I had my thyroid removed. Before that it was pretty good (beside the cancer)! Stupid cancer :P
