If you mean the one in my photo album, it wasn't mine it was a friends. It hooks around the door frame so you can take it down without any marks. V cool, and I've done 40kg weighted pull ups on it (at 70kg bodyweight), no problem so it's pretty solid!
Quick question regarding that 700 calorie weight gaining shake. You said to drink 16 ounces of milk with it. Should it be whole milk, 2% or skim milk? Any suggestions. Its just very frustrating trying to get this diet thing down right. Thanks for your help. Another quick question, how can I tell for sure how many calories are exactly in there? Should I add all the calories up from the nutrition facts? Thanks for the help!
