    Thanks for rep. Just remember that slow reps do not always equate to good form. I lift my weights at a fairly quick tempo, but it is controlled and smooth. I have also made fantastic gains in my back by doing barbell rows with heavier weight and a little bit of a leg drive (mainly because the weight pulls me forward and I am fighting gravity). Just keep an open mind to that, but make sure you know what correct technique feels like before experimenting.
