    Hi, Make sure that you lean forward on the dips for chest.
    Do your shoulders first before chest, and on your bench press make sure that when you press the bar up that the bar is not coming back over the face, the bar should go from nipple height, straight up.
    Stiff leg deadlifts is one of the main exercises for hamstrings, dont add the ordinary deadlift in its place.
