not sure as to how to view the training log you mentioned but yeah eating right is rather hard. I'm currently bulking as well and yeah protein requirement is the overall goal

I just switched to Shaun's three day split about 2 weeks ago (this being the 3rd week) and previous to that I was using Doug's 4 day split workout which worked rather well. My diet has been rather on and off but I try and eat 6-7 small meals a day (not always the best foods but calories none the less) - I toyed with soy protein and creatine (march09-august09) and frankly I couldn't stand the taste so now it's strictly food lol. Now I'm working towards establishing a correct and proper diet (wish I had done so a while back)
