I can wack weight on pritty quick buh i get abit of fat aswell so im always bulking-cutting-bulking-cutting ... i want to be at 13-13.5stone with around 7% bf so its gonna be about 6-7months till im up there

What i reccommend is drop the weighin scales and just train and look in the mirror and focus on what you want at the specific time ... weight can vary around 5lbs throughout the day.

It's all trial and error so just stick to it and log down what works best for you.

You need to constantly change the stimulation for more growth, less rest, supersets, light, heavy, slower rep timing, compound movements, drop sets ... change things up every couple of weeks

175lb right now but im cutting down to around 165lb so i can get my abs out lol

Well everyone needs a break at some point ... Dont worry tho as soon as you get older your metabolism will slow down and packing some mass on will be easier.

Im doing pretty good i think getting some size now just needa work on my weak spots to get that classic shape lol

Stick at it m8, Remember to switch up your routine every 4weeks for optimum growth

add 2-3 to your workout at 12reps per set and around 3-4sets per exercise.

Most young people have small wrists, bone takes alot longer to grow.

Deadlifts are good for them aswell.

A normal cut is around 8-12 weeks depending on how much you want to lose, I would set a goal for mid-spring ... say put on 10lb and then have few weeks of on a binge etc. then cut ready for summer.
