Great read! Steve Reeves is definitely a good example of ideal measurements. If I get some time this week/end I'll throw those formulas into a spreadsheet.

this got me wondering if there's something similar for women in terms of earnest bodybuilding proportions? (not just for good ogling ...although I'm not opposed to finding out what those proportions might be...maybe a future poll topic? ha ha...which would surely rub some of us ladies the wrong way...)
stik.
...or maybe, are these proportions supposed to apply to women as well?

Some funny stuff that, I am dead on with almost everything... except my waist. Arms, neck, calves, thighs... just gotta get the 6 pack out of the fridge.
