Default Dumbell and Barbell Mass Workout Question

I was wondering how long of a rest you should take between the sets in this workout, and also the rest you should take inbetween exercices. Thanks!

Depending on what you want out of your workout, 30 seconds to 2 minutes. But if you are going for mass about 1 minute. Your body produces testosterone while lifting and after about 1 minute the body stops producing more so any more time after that is just a waste of time.

Thanks for posting this! I'm actually using the same workout, and was wondering the same thing, just hadn't asked yet...
