Default Women's Body Bible: Training, Diet & Supplementation!

This one is for the ladies

Women's Body Bible: Training, Diet & Supplementation!

Great in-depth article about training, diet and supps for the ladies! It's written by Scivation pres Marc Lobiners' wife, Katie Lobliner (who herself has gone from overweight to ripped, and will be competing in figure this year) and Derek Charlebois. It's a great read, and includes a 12 week workout plan.

Enjoy & Discuss!

Is this more of a beginners routine? or will it work for intermediate too?

To me it looks like it could suit both purposes.. try it and see how you feel!

if it was too easy.. then it may not be for you, too tough.. stick with it for a couple of weeks and if you have not adapted... its not for you at this point.

The biggest take home point from this article

... women do not need to train or diet much differently than men.

Agreed if I had a girlfriend, but my sister and my friend Sarah could use this article.
