But like me I'm sure your one of the few that do. I do see a few more in the wt. room then years ago.....They don't know what there doing and the ones that have trainers still aren't lifting sqaut!! Oh and they never sqaut.

haha true true. I'll agree that most girls in there make me laugh by curling 5 lb DB or less... like really, what's that doing for you?
