Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup plain yogurt 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 Tbs. fresh watercress, chopped 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped 1/8 tsp. dried dill 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns, cracked 1/2 tsp. seeded mustard 2 white fish fillets Prepare griller. Combine all ingredients, except fish, in a bowl and mix well. Barbecue or grill fish 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Serve with herbed mayonnaise. Per serving: calories 411, fat 24.6g, 55% calories from fat, cholesterol 120mg, protein 42.9g, carbohydrates 3.3g, fiber 0.3g, sugar 1.8g, sodium 166mg,
