Default Pepper Steak

Prep 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

For 4 Servings:

* 2 Tbs. peppercorns, crushed
* 2 tsp. rosemary, crushed, or 2 Tbs. fresh, chopped
* 4 boneless sirloin steaks, about 1/4 lb. each

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine crushed peppercorns and rosemary in a
bowl. Press pepper mixture into both sides of steaks. Grill or broil 4
minutes per side for medium done meat.

Per serving: calories 265, fat 10.3g, 36% calories from fat,
cholesterol 112mg, protein 38.7g, carbohydrates 2.4g, fiber 1.1g, sugar
0.7g, sodium 85mg, diet points 6.4.
