Prep 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
For 4 Servings: * 1 baked cheese pizza crust * 1 cup purchased pizza sauce * 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained * 1 red onion, sliced * 1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced * 1 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 450degreesF. Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust. Arrange shrimp, onion and peppers over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Per serving: calories 360, fat 9.5g, 24% calories from fat, cholesterol 101mg, protein 28.3g, carbohydrates 39.1g, fiber 3.4g, sugar 4.7g, sodium 825mg, diet points 7.8.
