Default protien shakes

what do you recommend in the way for protein shakes? im doing both strength and muscle training, but my main goal is cutting back the wieght, so low calories please.

just simple Whey protein for PWO. EAS, BSN, and ON are great brands. EAS is probaly the cheapest of them all. cut weight for a while if you feel your too heavy then start to bulk and build muscle.

You have to decide what your main goal is, losing fat and building muscle/strength is two different things and require different calorie intakes
