I havent really cooked before & I want to start, so I was hoping someone could tell me some a couple of easy recipes I could use. The only thing I can't make is beef cuz my parents are hindu.
So, i just really need 4-5 simple recipes so I kinda understand how its done and then I can start following the other recipes posted in the forum.. id really appreciate it. thanks in advance

oh & I had a quickquestion: for bulking, what ratio do I use for pcf.. is it 40/40/20 or 30/50/20 I heard both and didnt know which ones right

I do 40/40/20 for bulk

-get chicken breast (skinless) marinate in extra virgin olive oil and grill
-boil brown rice and then mix with tuna or leftover chicken or turkey
-get a bowl place oats, vanilla yogurt, and fresh fruit, mix and enjoy
-get bowl place oats and water heat and eat. can also add natural peanut butter and some banana to it
- hard boiled eggs
- salmon or any fish really on the grill or baked in oven in marinade
- salad with almonds(unsalted), chicken breast, and toasted whole wheat or 12 grain bread extra virgin olive oil or fish oil for dressing if you want
- sushi is also very good just watc the soy sauce due to the salt content, but I don't even use soy sauce so eh

Add a twist to the Rice+Tuna by frying it w/ a tablespoon of ex. virgin olive oil.
Season with, Teryaki, BBQ, Hot sauce or whatever you prefer....
