Default How important - sticking to my ratios?

Hi,

I'm trying to stick to a 40c 40p 20f diet to lose weight. How important is it to stick to rigidly? Can i incorporate a 50 30 20 for a meal or so if i like the recipe?

Nah...just messing with ya! The caloric value of proteins and carbs is the same, so you should be fine. -EK
