Default new shoulder - need help

Crashed my bike and trashed the head of the humerus. Now have a steel replacement. Completed therapy which got me most of my range of motion but very little strength. Need help with exercises/routines to build strength safely.

Aye what Doug said, ask your therapist what exercises you can do safely at this point and how you should progress.

Sorry guys.
Crashed 3/11, surgery 3/13, began therapy 5/1, finished with therapist 8/3
Will continue training this arm (and the rest of me)as long as I'm able. Working out at home with permission to change the exercises one at a time for variety. Just not sure what or how.
Also need help with lower body exercises since I'm limited on the weight I can handle with my right arm.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Using therabands to work the rotator cuff.
With weights (all dumbells) both arms: shoulder shrugs, curls, bench press, incline press, lift weight as press hold at top and raise the shoulder to press weight up, elbow in row,15# internal and external rotations, tricep extension7.5# lying on back starting by leg lift weight in an arc ending over head, lying on stomach weight straight down move back until beside leg return then move forward until biceps beside ear. 5#
Can not lift weight over head due to range of motion and lack of strength. Raising light bar at every work out. May progress to a pound soon.

Keep on with the exercises the therapist has given you.......
