Well about 3 weeks ago i was working my shoulders doing the shoulder press and i did alittle more wieght then im use to and pulled something in my right shoulder. Its really sore even when i went golfing today my shoulder was aching. Im wondering should i keep doing my shoulder workouts with little weights or should i stop my shoulder workouts completely till the pain and soreness is gone.??

I'd say maybe take a week off.. I would definitely not want to work that shoulder again and risk further injury..
Taking a week isn't so bad...you get your energy back and are ready to go back at it! I'd say take it easy for a while.. |

Yup i stretched before, i just upped the weight to fast. So i should stay away from shoulder routine for about a week or so!! Thx for the input.

Rest it and see what happens next week.
I've done the same thing to mine and it has been six weeks and I still feel it on heavy lifts. Haven't been able to overhead press the weight I did before it happened. Doctor said what Doug told you - ice it and take it easy - half reps. I went half of the weight and am slowly working it back up. I also do 2 sets of 10 just to warm up.
