Default Left Shoulder Blade

Dear All,

When working put Military Barbell press on Saturday I felt pain under left shoulder blade, it increased with seated military dumbbell press. To my shock I found that left shoulder blade sticks out more prominently than right ESP during military press. Asked wifey to examine me and she too found the left blade to be sticking out more prominently than right.
This morning I felt again and this is still sticking out a bit more than right and pains underneath.
Is this due to wrong workout's?. I did struggle in beginning during presses. All through from sometime I had a feeling that left arm wasn't pushing as hard as right. Please help.

Sounds like you have a muscle thats caught up. Try some rowing movements where you pinch your shoulder blades together. If this increases your discomfort then check it out with a local therapist. The soreness may improve on its own or it may incorporate some neck soreness and sleeping difficulty.

Keep us posted!
