Wooooa....Not good mate..

Rule 1. All clients male and female are exactly the same, (pay money) and rapore should not be favoured to the females.

Rule 2. Never interrupt someone telling a person how to do an exercise, The way to do it is never interupt a converstion (that pisses people off) wait untill the person is doing the exercise wrongly and then go to that person and show them the correct way and give the expanation as to why it is the correct way...

I find that in general, ladies prefer using a training program which they stick to rigidly.

Most of the women in my gym have full confidence in the staff, and once they get a program, nothing anybody can do or say will make them deviate from it.

The men on the other hand, stick to their program for about three days, and then start doing what their friend or fellow builder says.

To offer advice to a lady in the gym will only get you a death stare (unless you're a qualified staff member.)

I find that men are much more open to suggestions. Even so, I seldom offer advice unless I'm asked, in which case, I'm more than willing to help.

Yeah I know happend last year, that's why I wrote that we are always learning and gaining knowlegde over the years...

For the rapore... When Steve talks to old men, nobody cares... When Steve talks to fat ladies, same thing... but when Steve talks to a hot chick.. All men are watching and asking me what relationship I have with her or get jealous or ask a zillion questions... it's annoying for the reputation...

Anyway I'm just typing some of my experiences I had so far

I totally agree there... I go to people who I haven't seen from time to time just to ask how their progress is going. And they really stick to the programs, especially ladies. So I just make new appointments with them to progress... but usually it comes from my side.
The men, that's the funny part, they either do it 2 weeks and ask questions to other members and try new exercises... Sometimes I see one of my clients doing an exercise I didn't ask them to do... What I do is tell them if they want to change an exercise or more, that they come ask me anytime they want... Like this I'm sure that they can do the exercise alone.

That's great Being with a personal trainer is not always good huh?
Mine has to do her workout program a few times to stay in shape... I'm so evil
But I'm happy she does it She's not jealous, even if it looks that I'm working out with other girls... I hope you don't have that problem
