I got a +1 positive rep.
I think I've figured it out. Androxen had 0 rep power when he 'repped' me. You only get a rep power of 1 after somebody has positively repped you at least once.
I just tried + repping one of his recipes, and his rep power immediately changed from 0 to 1. So from now, if he reps someone, his rep will be worth 1 rep point.
At least, this is how i think it works...

Yeah thats pretty much it. But rep power and rep are 2 different things. Rep power is indicated by the number and rep by the green bars.
BTW, you have to have at least 50 posts before you rep "counts". So if you had 20 posts you can give out rep but it isnt worth jack.

It's not as simple as you get 1 rep point you rep power goes up by 1 though, theres a points system.
