Okay I'm not very computer savy, I can work my computer and thats about it lol. But I uploaded some pictures from a camera onto my computer and they are in my document's folder. But I dont know how to get them onto my profile or anything. If anyone could help I would appreciate it Just like what is the easiest way to get them on here or whatever thanks.

Lowest Weight (diet weight): 161 lbs
Current Weight: 185 lbs
Goal Weight: ~200 lbs
Current BF%: ~10.5%
The easiest way of getting them on here is to -
>Upload your pictures to the "Members Gallery" on this site.
>Choose 'Upload pictures' in the gray task bar
>Choose 'Browse' after this, and find your pictures through browsing your documents
After the pictures are up on the site you need to attach them to your post if thats what you want to do. Find the link for the picture in the address bar and copy paste it in your post. The link for your photo will come up here then and people can see them by clicking on the link.
Hope this helps.
