I have been doing this workout for 3 weeks now. Am I supposed to continue on with Week 3 until the 9 weeks is up.....or do I go back to week 1 workout for the 4th week and rotate through them again and again??

i think the week one is the workout that you see, the schedules, do that for the first week, than on the second week you do what what week to says (ex increase weight/more reps) and week three what it says than back to week one. I believe this is what it means cause its what we've been doing

Are you sure that you gym doesnt have any machine for hamstrings, sometimes if there is no lying leg curl there is normally a seated machine where the lower legs are pushed down, have you asked an instuctor for a machine for hamstrings. Failing that you can do straight leg deadlifts.
