Yes you did Doug, thanks. I did the first workout today, shoulders & biceps and triceps. I liked it, but I had to change a few things. I can't do one arm cable curls because my left wrist is sore, but I did do cable curls with both arms. Same with one arm pushdown. Tommorrow I will do cardio.

i noticed that someone mentiond testosterone supplements....i AM trying to bulk up and was considering taking testosterone supplements, but i heard that they are bad for women. anyone have any opinions??

The female body produces testosterone, although not in the same amounts as the male body. Doctors do prescribe females with low sex drive testosterone supplements, and in some cases for osteoporosis.

A natural testosterone supplement has been shown in some studies to increase appetite in some females

It will help with building muscle...

How big do you want to get? I trained a female who competed under 52Kg, but never took any supplements and yet came 4th in the British Championships, with only good training and good diet, She packed it in to have a family, but if she had of continued she would of been British champion, probably more....So it can be done...

T-bomb 2 is a good test booster

Makes yu damn angry though, but i geuss only guys get that cos there test levels are allready high.
