Hi... my wife just called me and ask me if I can buy her something to help her lose fat. She used to be in very good conditions but after 2 kids she did not have time for anything and about 3 weeks ago I join a gym with her. Now she wants to add a supplement to help her burn fat faster? Is stacker 2 good for that?? What can you ladies recommend?

Diet alone can do it. Cardio will make it even more effective. No fat burner works without these in place anyway. You don;t need them and I am not convinced of there effectiveness anyway.

Personally I would save the money on fat burners, doing it without is going to make her feel better than thinking it took some pill, use the money you saved on the fat burners to buy her some sexy lingerie instead ( flowers as well if you wanna push the boat, get them reduced from store just before it closes, and take the reduced label off ( little tip for all the money saving lads there) ).

My missus has had three kids and when she was ready got back into great shape, just help and encourage her, take some of the pressure and help her with the diet and preparing the meals.

That is exactly what I;ve been telling her... but when she got omthing in mind there is nothing to make her change. I did not like the idea of pills, but I would try the flowers (did not came in mind about the reduced price at closing -it makes lots of sense).

Some women do suffer from low self esteem after having a baby, all part of the baby blues. Little things like actually booking her one of them pamper day things, paying for her to get her nails done. Paying for a hair cut at the salon all help to make them feel good. I don't know what you can afford but they aren't always expensive.

Then after she's got made up, take her out. Arrange everything as a surprise, book the appointment for when your not at work, book the meal/movies etc for when you have a babysitter arranged. Then just throw it at her for a surprise. Don't give her the chance to let anything stop her

Also men are a lot to blame, we go and play with the wonderful new bundle of joy and shower that with attention, often neglecting the mother. Everybody wants to play and hold the baby.

Ohh and don't stop flirting with her, little comments now and then are always appreciated.

Ok, I guess we are moving from the main question... don't get me wrong but she is very happy!!! with me and the kids, she just want to burn the extra fat she got for not doing exercise for a long time. I treat her like the queen she is, don't worry about that. All it was is that she call me for me to buy her something to help her burn fat faster... and I dont know nothing about that. and if the wife ask for it... we husbands have to deliver

Good, but you'll probably find it more effective trying to massage the ego while she concentrates on the cardio and diet, rather than pouring money away on fat burners

Oxygen helps mobilize/ burn fat, so cardio is the answer: get some articles and read them together. Aerobic also has lots of other added benefits. Pills are not the way to go, and can soon get out of hand. It has been said that you need good fats in the diet EFA's (flaxseed etc) to help burn fat too, so if there is still persistence for something to help burn fat, look into that, at least it's safer than pills. Flaxseed etc ground, and sprinkled on meals, including exercise, and your away...hopefully

The only way to lose body fat is through diet and exercise, and when I say diet I am not referring to the normal female diet of not eating enough calories which in the long term has the opposite effect. Thermogenic fat burners are not the way to go, they become adictive, and normally start off with a minimum dose which will have an effect to speed the body up, but after a while the dose has to go up to obtain the same effect....There are no short cuts to fat loss...
