I think everyone likes to have the idea of having a quick fix, something to slip in between busy mummy schedules that can make everything all right again. I tried that so many times and it just doesn't work.
These days I just manage time more efficiently, ensuring I spend at least an hour a day on just me and me alone. For a while I felt really guilty, like I was neglecting my family and being completely selfish. But it's the best thing I've ever done, I'm happier and healthier which means that the rest of the time that is spent with the family is happier and easier.
Fat metabolisers are just so crap, they do nothing that common sense can't do.
