Default Divya needs advice

Greetings from Divya

I am a new member to M&S. Need some advice on burning fat around my stomach. I weigh 156 lbs and i'm 160cms tall, BMI is around 29 which says im overweight. I always feel that all the fat in my body is centered around my stomach. I feel shy to work out in the public gym because of my pear shaped figure.

Kindly help me with some excercises to sculpt my body to a decent shape.

H welcome to the forum,

What training do you do at the moment..?

Have a look at the links contained in the first post of this thread, that will enable you to work out your calorie requirements and also give some information to you for workout out a nutrition plan.
