Personal Trainer
So I've had a rough time of it since my grandfather passed, just can't seem to get into working out like I was, so I hired a personal trainer to give me a push.
I'm kinda nervous about it cause I've gotten so used to everyone's opinions on here I'm not sure if I'm going to try and argue with the guy and say well on M&S they say"". I know I shouldn't and I won't do it out loud but inside I'll be thinking but the guys said to do it this way.. Anyway, anything is better than what I've been doing the past couple of weeks which is not much and to know that I'm paying for the help should be motivation enough to get back into the groove.
Wish me luck

Getting over the passing of a loved one is rough. He(your grandfather) would not want you to forget him but he would want you to move on. And enjoy all of life has to offer. I know it may be corny quoting from a Disney movie, but its the "circle of life". He had his time and now his time lives on through you and your memories that you had together. I think their is a tradition(religion) that when someone dies you celebrate not only their passing but you celebrate life. The trainer maybe giving you the passage you need to move on with your life.
If you think the trainer is not doing what you think should be done then check out the website and drop us a line. I think the gang here will help anyway possible, so you can have a good experience. I hope the trainer is the same. Doug may make the world tour when he sells his gym out to some big fitness empire(Yeah it could happen). When? Its anyones guess, but does he have a passport?
By the way you photo of you on the sailboat, where was that taken? It does not look like Virginia.

Thanks Yitmy thanks for the message. As you can see I haven't been on for two days as I got a bad stomach virus, won't go into the details but it was bad!!
Anyway, for Dave, it was a male and it went well. We actually spent an hour going over my eating habits and he made some adjustments and we are going to start the weights on Thursday. I don't know the complete routine yet but it will be Monday, Wed, and Friday- cardio and Tues,Thurs, Sunday with the weights. Once I see him on thursday I'll post up what I did.
I'm pretty excited about it and ready to go, just didn't need to get sick right off the bat...
Again thanks for the comments everyone and rep+ yitmy Thanks!
