OK so I just got back from the gym and man am I whipped. He had me do what he called push pull weight to see where I was so we used all machines, which I'm not used to. Sunday will be legs and abs. I could tell I wasn't 100% from being sick so hopefully Sunday will go better. He said that after Sundays workout he will sit down and do a full routine for me to do from what he got today and on Sunday and then I will start the regular workout next week. I have to say it was nice to have someone pushing me to get that last one in.
We also talked about my goal weight which I want to be around 118lbs and he is thinking 120-122lbs, he said if I get that low of weight I'll feel week, but I've been at that weight and felt ok,but I wasn't working out, so I don't know if that plays into it or not.
Good thing is I feel like I'm back on track and raring to go
