OK so I just got back from the gym and man am I whipped. He had me do what he called push pull weight to see where I was so we used all machines, which I'm not used to. Sunday will be legs and abs. I could tell I wasn't 100% from being sick so hopefully Sunday will go better. He said that after Sundays workout he will sit down and do a full routine for me to do from what he got today and on Sunday and then I will start the regular workout next week. I have to say it was nice to have someone pushing me to get that last one in.

We also talked about my goal weight which I want to be around 118lbs and he is thinking 120-122lbs, he said if I get that low of weight I'll feel week, but I've been at that weight and felt ok,but I wasn't working out, so I don't know if that plays into it or not.
Good thing is I feel like I'm back on track and raring to go

Seriously though, great pick-me-up just reading this thread. I've been worried about you and now I see it was silly to worry, you're a strong woman and you've got what it takes to get through anything. Well done!!

good to hear that you enjoyed it a personal trainer is very good to get you back on track... you build some kind of relationship with him and like this you'll achieve your goals faster!

yeah, I'm like that with my clients too Killing the butt, legs and the abs have positive feedback to the trainer...

no pain, no gain is the keyword!

I'm sore in place I never imagined. Tells me how wimpy I was being when I did the workouts all by myself..

Very humbling and invigorating

Starting Tuesday I'll have my routine for the next three weeks can't wait to see if I can see any changes after the three weeks.
