Default Diet for a girl

Hey everyone my sister wants to know what a good diet would be for her since she doesnt really want to gain mass what foods would be good to eat. Do you still have alot of protein throughout the day if you a girl who wants to loose weight?? Any ideas for foods or a link to a women's diet would be awesome??

pretty sure girl humans eat the same things male humans do (!)

have her check out the articles on this site and read for herself. she's gotta figure out how many calories she needs and then stay away from refined food, processed food, and crap.

I would just stay away from Soy/Tofu, there is increasing evidence showing that they can cause an increase in estrogen, which will cause fat retention in males and females.

Aug-13-08 BF 5.24%...Looks like the 5.9% last time was no fluke, AND I gained 6lbs of lean mass!! (7 Site Skin fold caliper test)
