Unhappy motivation needed

I took pretty much the entire summer off, due to health issues and injuries. Now that I'm able to go back, I have trouble getting there. I'm affraid I'll have to start back at the beginning.
I also want to cut, but I don't think I understand it completely.

Any response is great!

It was hard for me to go back after two weeks remember? Than I looked in the mirror and i was ready to go again! Come on love! we arein this together remember?!?!?

Default Cutting

When you "CUT" basically you're trying to maintain the gains you have made in muscle but lose the excess body fat.

So this requires a couple of things 1) creating a calorie deficit through the right diet, 2) Increasing cardio vascular exercise and 3) keeping with the weight training.

Make sure you adjust your Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat ratios.

Don't make a common mistake of reducing fat grams too low. And make sure you get most of your fats from healthy sources.
