Yes true said The sit up is not really an abdominal exercise...!! Thanks for sharing the tips. These tips are helpful. On my six pack abs journey, there were a lot of bumps. But I got over them, and on the way I found a lot of tricks that made it a hell of a lot easier. The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not. It will take dedication, willpower, patience and time to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it. Remember, abs are made mostly in the kitchen!
You can have the most toned and defined abs but they won't show through if there's a layer of fat over them. Stretching after your workouts for flexibility and relaxation. Warm ups before each workout, cool-downs after and plenty of water in between. That's what I did.
