I need excercises that will really target all parts of my back, please try to list as many as you can think of, and what part of the back they hit most.

Lower Back
Good-Morning Stiff-Legged Deadlifts Back Extensions Lats/Upper Back One-Arm Dumbell Rows Seated Pulley Row Lat Pull-Down Bent Over Rows T-Rows Low Pulley Row Seated Row If you need descriptions on these, i would be glad to help. These are all the ones i can remember right now. I will add any others if i think of them. These are the main ones though. I find that the stiff legged deadlifts and the lat pulldowns work well. |

The main back builders are chins, pulldowns, Barbell row, T-bar row, low row, narrow grip pulldowns
