Well this sucks...I have a cold. A pretty nasty one at that. All stuffed up, sore throat, cloudy head, etc. Thank god today is my day off so I can rest up, but tomorrow I start back into my routine again. Do you guys still lift/exercise with a cold? Thanks!

Thanks for the sound advice guys. I just hate taking time off from exercising! A guilt trip of mine I guess. Let's hope this cold goes away fast!

As Bucko has said, its ok to train if you have a cold, but not if its on your chest etc, A cold is a virus, others are infections caused by bacteria

I know how you feel Brandon, I have been out of the gym for a week and a half with a chest infection, first day back today, took it easy and reduced the weights but still only lasted three exercises before I was out of energy, will take a while to get back my energy by the look of it. Glad I took the time off though, I think it would have taken me longer to get over it if I had kept trying the battle through.
