Agreed. Plus, when you do chest you use your triceps, which means doing chest and biceps will yield a great pump in your arms.

I actually like training chest with biceps better than chest and triceps, but thats just my opinion. My triceps never get sore when bench pressing alone, but my chest gets really sore and it's hard to even wash my hands

I do triceps and chest on the same night at the moment but every two months I change them around. Before I was doing triceps and back.

You have to be carefull how you split the body to allow adequate rest.

When you do chest you also use triceps as a secondry muscle, and the same when you do shoulders.....so make sure you have enough rest
