I have another question on squats. Do they work out other muscles besides your lower body. Because when I'm finished with squats my back muscles (trapezius) feel like theyve been worked out, similar to after doing barbell rows. Is that because the bar was resting on them or because squats also work out your back (trapezius)?

When you are doing squats, virtually every muscle is involved in trying to get the weight back up......
