Back Day
How does my back day look?
Barbell row 4x8
Seated row 4x8
Lat pulldown 4x8
Straight arm latpulldown 4x8
Cant decide whether to have the straight arm lat pulldowns or One arm dumbell rows instead...
any inputs?
Just dont know if whether having a 3:1 ratio of rowing exercises is the way to go. I want to build muscle size, so maybe 3:1 ratio is good? that way all the rows are all big compound movements.

personally I'd go with the one-arm dumbell rows, that's good for the lats and originally I think the Straight Arm Lat Pull Downs was to replace pullups when you already had on arm dumbell rows; so stick w/ the dumbell rows...

Ok, so
One arm dumbell rows 4x8
Barbell rows 4x8
Seated rows 4x8
Lat pulldown 4x8
In that Order?

Um...
Should target the same muscle group all at once.
ie. don't split your lat work around your upper/middle back work...
Lat pulldown 4x8
One arm dumbell rows 4x8
Barbell rows 4x8
Seated rows 4x8
Would be better...

Nice, as for the rowing exercises, does it matter what order i do the rowing ones in? i mean they are ALL rowing exercises, but of-course the lat pulldown at the start.

well
One arm dumbell rows 4x8 = Lats
Barbell rows 4x8 = upper/middle back
Seated rows 4x8 = upper/middle back
not all the same rowing exercise =)
BUT:
From the tadolfi workout:
Barbell Row 3 8
Seated Row 3 8
One-Arm Dumbbell Row 3 8
So it's up to you if you want to do the lats first or the upper/middle back =)
