It is worth investing in a nice leather dipping belt.

I find my progress on the preacher curl somewhat limited. When I was in the gym I was able to perform 2-3 reps with 90 pounds(not including the olympic bar which I believe was 25 pounds), and 70 pounds 8-12 times. My progress was limited and after 2-3 years I was till performing the same. (one of the reasons I chose to exercise at home- why pay for a gym if I see no progress.) My arms sadly may have some definition but size well not much. This can be an advantage for on the universal gym I am able to curl 80 pounds unilaterally 1-2 times which blows many people away.

The new exercise---bundle up and shovel that there driveway! Don't succomb to paying someone to do it for you(plow). And if you can ride your bike to work but put them snow tires on!!!---lol
