Exclamation Cardio after workout for Max Fat Burn n Minimal Muscle Loss

I have read many articles and forum conversations regarding various cardio and timing. However, I would like to know what kind of cardio is suitable for post workout for maximum Fat Burn??? HIIT OR LIT.

I've learned that, LIT is beneficial for early in the morning before breakfast. What about after workout ?

Currently, I do HIIT post workout. My weight hasn't changed in almost a year, however, I would want to burn MORE FAT and less Muscle.

I learned a few things about glycogen being depleted after weight training...so if I do HIIT, will my body use FAT STORE or MUSCLE STORE...please enlighten with your ADVICE.

Thanks.

P.S. Currently on Strength and Cut Routine.

I currently do a moderate cardio after lifting, for about half an hour or as long as spare time I have. I've been getting some good results from that, BF% going down and FFM% going up. I maintain my HR at about 70% which is about 130-140bpm. I have no idea how to classify it or anything like that, but it's a groove that works for me personally.

or u can focus more on diet than cardio, I HATE cardio and I dropped my BF% massively without it.

(unles you count lifting as "cardio" which it is....but as everyone elses perception is that "Cardio" means running, biking etc then I'll assume that is what you mean)

Latest assessment:

if would say that after a year of doing any kind of cardio and you havent lost any weight / fat, your diet is suspect.

You're saying that you do a weight lifting session, and then cardio for 1-1.5 hr immediately after? Eat anything in between?

First, as stated, Id check your diet, ensure your between 300 and 500 calorie defect if maintenance. Second, Keep it low intensity for 45 minutes post workout for muscle preservation and fat burn...
Ive jogged, kickboxed, tred mill, and eliptical. The eliptical is so good I went and bought one!
