It is always Important to build your Upper, Middle, inner, and lower chest, I'm unsure of what weighted exercise hits it the lower or what exercise hits the Inner part of your chest at all but I use a variation of a Powerlifter Pushup it hits those three parts if done correctly will help with Upper middle and lower chest. With flies you shouldn't sub. any for it you should do both incline and regular flies. I don't know if that helped any but I hope it did.

lower chest exercises= decline bench press, decline flys, chest dips.
Technically i think all chest exercises hit the "upper", "middle" and "lower" chest, to some extent, of course it is possible to focus in more on one part or another. with the most all around being the flat exercises.
