I think he is talking about cause i have 67.73 pounds of fat on my body, and if you minus that that would leave 17.73? And he was asking if that is to low for the body, cause your body needs some sort of fat to live off of? Im guessing thats what he means

Just noticed that you mentioned in your first post that you want to lose 50 lbs to get down to 15% body fat you would have 29.5 lbs of fat to lose, not weight but fat, unless you were attempting to go lower, the 15% would be superb

Im fairly certain you are going to lose at least a little bit of lean mass in addition to fat.... May be a little, maybe a lot, depending on your workout routine and diet. I would guess you still need to lose 40 lbs to get to 15% body fat, taking into account lean muscle mass lost during your cut.

Im almost certian i wont lose any lean mass, cause i have been so bad to my body for a good 15 years and now im exposing it to good things and my bosy loves it, ive beeen eating more then 4 to 6 times a day and i find if i go 3 hours or more without food my body is hungry. But ill let everyone know how i am doing and will see what happens. Thanks to everyone to there comments and thanks to doug for beliving me and pushing me to be better, along with the other people that have helped Reps to all of you.
