is eating frozen and packaged fruits/vegetables the same as eating regular fruits/vegetables?

No, you cant beat fresh fruits/Veg, although they are saying now that as the vegetables are picked and frozen quite quick that a lot of the vits are still in the veg

Oh, and speaking of fruit, is it bad to have too much fruit. Because I just had a bowl of cottage cheese with a whole bunch of (fresh) strawberries.
