Want to know your bodyfat % ?
For anyone who hasnt yet purchased a set of callipers, (you should really) then if you post up the following, I will work it out for you.....
Your Height,
Your Weight,
Your Waist measurement,
Your Wrist measurement,
Please provide the body measurements in inches and the body weight in pounds, this is for ease of calculation.....Thanks
*** For females, please include the Hip measurement as well....
Measure your waist around the belly button, and the wrist measurement is taken above the hand and below the wrist bone. Do not guess the measurements, or take the size of the jeans, pants etc. USE A TAPE MEASURE.....!!!!!

Hi, From the above measurements..
Your bodyfat percentage = 11%
Your total bodyfat = 15.4 lb
Your fat free mass = 124.6 lb

iam 6 foot 150pounds my hand is 22cm long for wrist to hand if i put my hand around my wrist my thumb and middle finger just touch and on my waist it takes me four hand length to get the whole way around from back to front

From your measurements given above and a weight of 150lb
Your bodyfat percentage = 12%
Your total bodyfat = 18 lb
Your fat free mass = 132 lb

Okay here goes, 6'2", 195 lbs. Waist is 34.25, wrist is 7". Thanks Doug, it's good you opened this thread. Im gonna have to buy a caliper.
