What normally happens with most people who embark on a cutting period is their training improves, and the diet gets sorted out, which leads to an increase in muscle glycogen storage, for every gram of carbohydrate that is stored in muscle, 3-4g of water is also stored along with it, which people assume is muscle increase

so all this weight gain has been for nothing? i've been seeing results, especially in my triceps/back/chest/legs

Should i be happy about this? i mean ive gone from 83 to 86kg in my bulking, Bodyfat has increased a tiny bit, but the muscle increases have been good.

I've been eating good, trying to get good P/C/F ratios.
