He'll pinch your skin in 3 different locations, and take your age and weight and come up with another number. But chances are it will be +/-3% of the number that I gave you. ![]() I'd steer clear of electronic BIA devices as they rely more on your body's hydration level and the devices that are used are not using the same formula/method that the research is based on.
