Thanks doug, what body fat % should i be aiming for to burn all excess fat off my abs(there is a small layer of fat)

Your total body fat = 29.45 lbs
Your fat free mass = 125.55 lbs

Another great result, keep it up your doing well..watch the diet as you have lost a bit of fat free mass this time

Depends on how low you want to go, you should be seeing the outline of the abs at approx 12-15%, but sub 10% will show them more
