Hey Doug, this is Xero-- these are my measurements as you requested in order to calculate my body-fat. Thank You
Height: 5'6 Weight: 148 lbs. Waist Measurement: 27.2 Wrist Measurement: 5.9 About 3 weeks ago, I subjected myself to a BMI BodyFat Calculator-- stating my bodyfat was @ 6.2% however I in some measure, question the integrity of such a device. "My Aim Is Only To Move Forward- A Fervor So Strong, That It Pulls My Will Beyond Anyone's Reach"- Xero (Projected Physical Goal: 165 lbs. @ 3.9 Total Body Fat) Last edited by XeroDivide; 09-16-2009 at 02:47 PM. |
