Hi Doug. Just trying to get a check up after vacation. Lost some weight and muscle but that is expected. Now getting back in the groove with the powerlifting workout. It works great. Measurements are as follows. Thanks in advance!

Height - 68 inches
Waist - 33.75 inches
Wrist - 6.75 inches
Weight - 186 lbs

If your not getting a solid muscle when posing is your carbs and fluid intake adequate?

Hi mate, From your measurements above: (wrist taken as 6.5")

Your body fat percentage = 10%
Your total body fat = 15.50 lbs
Your fat free mass = 139.50 lbs

Dont forget that for every gram of carbohydrates that is stored in the muscle it is accompanied with 3-4g of water, if your fluid intake is low then so will your glycogen levels be

Damn it all! I've started getting sick and couldn't follow my diet well. Now I'm simply shedding the pounds away, gah!
